Limeade with a Touch of Mint Recipe

Infusing the sugar syrup with lime zest is a great way to bring extra lime flavor to your limeade.


INGREDIENTS

  • Grated zest of one lime (about 1 Tbsp)
  • 1 cup lime juice (from about 4-6 Persian limes)
  • 3/4 cup to 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • Several sprigs of fresh mint

METHOD

1 In a small saucepan bring to a boil the sugar, one cup of water, and the lime zest. Once the sugar is dissolved (which it should be by the time the water boils), remove from heat and let cool for for a few minutes. The amount of sugar is a guideline, it depends on how sweet you like your limeade and how tart your particular limes are.
2 Place a strainer over a bowl, or wide-mouthed serving container, and pour the sugar syrup through it, straining out the lime zest. Add the lime juice and 2 cups of water. Taste for sour/sweet balance. If too sweet, add a little more lime juice. Add several sprigs of fresh mint.
Chill, or serve immediately over ice.
Makes about 1 quart.

Frappuccino is a trademarked line of blended coffee beverages sold byStarbucks. It consists of coffee blended with ice and various other ingredients, usually topped with whipped cream. Frappuccinos are also sold as bottled coffee beverages in stores and from vending machines.



I’m really addicted to the frappuccino *specially the espresso*, and I have no time to go to Starbucks by myself, so I’ve decided to make my own chilled drink. Here checkout this Amazing recipe I’ve got..

Ingredients:
== 1st step >> prepare the black coffee.

- 1 cup of boiled water.

- 3 tablespoons of black coffee

- 3 tablespoons of white sugar

== 2nd step >>

- 1 cup of cold milk

- 6 tablespoons of whipped cream

- 4 tablespoons of chocolate syrup

- 4 tablespoons of maple syrup

- Ice cubes >> if needed

Method:

== Preparation of the black coffee

- 1st. Boil the water.

In a large cup Add the coffee, and the sugar. then pour the water and stir it for a while, DON’T let it cool, just put in the freezer for 30 minutes to cool.

== Add them together

IN A BLENDER



- 1st. crash Ice, then add the black coffee mixture, while it’s mixing, add the milk, cream, and the 2 Syrups. and let it mix very well.



2nd. Pour this lovely mixture in lovely glasses.

FINALLY >> design the drink with the syrup.
